Testimonials

In my early years at the University of Bergen I was constantly criticised that my subject was not relevant to the average medical student who was preparing for her residency. I do not care to repeat the evaluations that were sent to all members of the faculty. They were so dispiriting that I simply stopped reading them. Fortunately, Prof. Jarle Rørvik backed me up.

The feedback that I got directly from the students since my transition to blended learning is more varied and more interesting. Some students are enthusiastic, some are more critical. Our three most recent publications include the unredacted raw feedback from the students in the supplementary materials. To conceal identity of the respondents to our anonymous surveys confidentiality the students’ comments are translated into English.

Other feedback is more confidential in character and only accessible to registered visitors of this site.
